Return and Refund Policy

If your order arrives damaged:

Please take pictures prior to disassembling the package of all the damage and email us the photos so we can work on getting a refund and get you a replacement.

We must be notified within 2 days of your package arriving of any damage or concerns in order for you to be eligible for a refund. 

• We are  not able to take returns of Maple Product once it has been opened and used. 
• We must receive photos of damage PRIOR to the package being fulling disassembled. 
• If wanting to return Apparel  we can accept shirts, sweatshirts or hats, unworn with a return shipping fee. 

For any other concerns, or problems with shipment please contact us by phone or email as soon as your package arrives so we can promptly work on fixing the problem.  If you have general questions regarding your shipping/ return contact us so we can give you a specific answer related to your situation.
